Village Castle: Tower Defense (Köy Kalesi) contains no ads, analytics or tracking, and we never sell your data or share it for advertising.
- On your device: your village, settings and purchased consumables are stored only on your device.
- Online modes (optional): the league, raids and duels use Game Center sign-in. Your Game Center ID is used only to verify the sign-in; our server stores a pseudonymous player ID derived from it. In these modes your player name (a nickname given by the game or chosen by you), your village layout (so other players can raid it), your scores and match progress are sent to our game server and may be shown to other players in rankings.
- Abuse prevention: your IP address is processed briefly for rate limiting and is not stored permanently.
- Retention: player records are deleted automatically 12 months after your last sign-in, village layouts after 60 days and daily scores after 40 days.
- Service providers: the server runs on Vercel and Upstash (Frankfurt, EU); data is used only to run the game.
- Deletion: you can initiate deletion of your profile and its village, score and match records within the app under Menu → Support and Privacy → Online Profile. Your local campaign save remains on the device. Deletion does not delete your Apple/Game Center account or cancel your App Store subscription; manage subscriptions separately in your Apple account settings. Online sign-in stays disabled until you explicitly choose to create a profile again. To prevent automatic account re-creation, a separate security preference associated with a server-derived pseudonymous identifier is retained. It contains no profile, name, village or scores, and is removed when you explicitly create a profile again. For assistance, contact support.
- Purchases: in-app purchases and the subscription are processed by Apple's App Store; we never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies.
- Children: the app does not knowingly collect personal data from children; Game Center child account restrictions apply.
- Changes: updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
